Paragon Ranked As One of the Best Places to Work in Orange County!

We are excited to share our latest news: Paragon was named one of the best places to work in Orange County by the Orange County Business Journal. The October 29, 2012 issue will publish the rankings in its annual report on the Best Places to Work.

“Paragon is honored and humbled to be included as one of the county’s Best Places to Work,” said Tom Fedro, president of Paragon Software Group. “We have been successful in direct proportion to our ability to attract the best and the brightest people to join our team. With very low turnover and a profitable revenue growth rate of 1198 percent since 2008, we are doing all we can to provide a great working environment for our crew. We believe if we maintain a happy and healthy staff, success in all its measures will continue to follow Paragon.”

Designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in Orange County the program benefits the county’s economy, workforce and businesses. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data and determined the final rankings. Companies from across the county entered the two-part survey process. The first part, worth 25 percent, consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part, worth 75 percent, consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. Based on the results of the extensive evaluation, Paragon Software Group was named one of this year’s Best Places to Work in Orange County.

Thank you to all our employees who participated in the process!
